Students are required to pick up your work the morning of the 16th at Canopy 916 Springdale Rd. Bldg 2 #101 coordinating with the workshop teacher.

This event is provided by a third party independent contractor and are not employees of Flores Market. Flores Market is not responsible or liable for the actions of third party service providers. Refunds, issues, reviews, all should be directed to the workshop host and not Flores Market.

Release of Liability Agreement for LatinFest Workshops

Flores Market LLC and FLOR Marketing LLC, Workshop host Xingaderas
Date: [Event Dates: December 14-15, 2024]

This Release of Liability Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Flores Market LLC and FLOR Marketing LLC (collectively referred to as “Hosts”), and the undersigned participant (“Participant”) who has registered for a workshop at LatinFest, occurring on December 14-15, 2024.

1. Acknowledgment of Risk
Participant acknowledges and agrees that participation in the workshop(s) involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or loss. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participating in these activities.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability
Participant, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby fully and forever releases, waives, discharges, and agrees not to hold liable Flores Market LLC, FLOR Marketing LLC, their employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives, from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, or liability for any loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred arising out of or in connection with participation in the workshop(s).

3. Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Flores Market LLC and FLOR Marketing LLC from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with Participant’s actions during or relating to the workshop(s).

4. Medical Treatment
Participant consents to any medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of injury or illness during participation. Participant agrees to bear the costs of any such treatment and releases Hosts from any liability related to the provision of medical care.

5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

6. Agreement Binding on Successors
This Agreement is binding upon Participant, their heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this release of liability.
