About Vending

  • We prioritize women, BIPOC, and Latiné makers/local small businesses in our selection process, accounting for 80% of vendors and hired artists present at every event.

  • Vendor fees vary from market to market depending on the entertainment, venue requirements, and events booked - but we do our best to keep vendor fees affordable and offer sliding scale vendor fees to make events accessible. Limited spaces are available free of charge for local non-profits and organizations uplifting marginalized communities in the Austin area, indicate in your application if non-profit status applies.

  • You are required to bring your own table, chair, and any other needed accommodations including power generators, extension cords, etc. Reach out to floresmarketatx@gmail.com with details about your power needs ahead of the event.

  • Vendors may arrive up to one hour prior to market time. Depending on the venue, you may park in the lot or nearest the venue space to load in but must move your vehicle from the main parking lots during market hours for guests and employees.

  • Your vendor fee is non-refundable but may be used towards a future market.

    We ask that you let us know with as much advance notice as possible if you can no longer attend so we can give space to a vendor on the waitlist.
